Zen Well Labs LLC is an independent research compound supplier headquartered in Austin, Texas. We are not a compounding pharmacy, not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, and not a chemical compounding facility as defined under 21 U.S.C. § 503A or § 503B, or any analogous state or federal regulation.

We supply research-grade peptides and small molecules to academic institutions, licensed research facilities, and qualified independent researchers for use in lawful in vitro and preclinical studies. All products are sold with the explicit understanding that they will be used solely for scientific research purposes in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Zen Well Labs continuously reviews its product catalog to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice, including in response to regulatory guidance, enforcement actions, or changes in the legal landscape governing research chemicals and peptides.

Our current catalog consists of research-grade peptide compounds including, but not limited to: BPC-157, TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4), Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, Epithalon, MOTS-C, GHK-Cu, NAD+, and proprietary research blends. All products are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed research vials with accompanying Certificates of Analysis (COA).

Discontinued Products: Zen Well Labs no longer offers GLP-1 receptor agonist analogues (including semaglutide-class compounds), GLP-2 receptor agonist analogues (including tirzepatide-class compounds), or bacteriostatic water (BAC Water) as standalone catalog items. These removals are consistent with our ongoing commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible product stewardship.

Zen Well Labs is aware of the FDA's ongoing regulatory activities regarding peptide compounds and research chemicals. We take these regulatory developments seriously and proactively adjust our operations, catalog, and marketing practices to remain in full compliance with all applicable laws and guidance documents issued by the FDA, DEA, and other relevant federal and state agencies.

We do not make any claims — express or implied — that our products are safe or effective for human use, that they treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, or that they are equivalent to FDA-approved pharmaceutical products. Any such claims, if found in third-party content or user-generated material, are expressly disclaimed by Zen Well Labs.

Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that their acquisition, possession, and use of research compounds complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction. Zen Well Labs makes no representation that its products are legal for purchase or use in any particular jurisdiction outside the United States.

All Zen Well Labs research compounds are tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry) analytical methods. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for every product batch and can be requested at [email protected].

Our quality standards require a minimum purity threshold of ≥99% for all peptide compounds. Products that do not meet this threshold are rejected and not released for sale. We maintain batch traceability records for all products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zen Well Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, possession, or use of any product sold by Zen Well Labs, including but not limited to damages arising from misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to the research-only designation of our products.
