All products sold by Zen Well Labs are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or any application outside of controlled laboratory settings. By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional
• You will use the products solely for legitimate scientific research

• Your use of the products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• You understand that these products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and purity data are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Certificates of Analysis are batch-specific and reflect testing performed at the time of manufacture.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 45 days of purchase. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used cannot be returned. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zen Well Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
