Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll replace or refund it. We post batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from third-party laboratories to our COA Library as they become available. Each COA is matched to a batch number and names the laboratory that ran the analysis, so you can check the report for the batch you are reviewing.
HPLC separates a sample into its components. The purity percentage on a COA is the share of the detected material that is the target peptide. For example, a result of 99% means impurities such as truncated sequences make up about 1% of what was detected. Always check the figure on the batch-specific COA for the lot you are reviewing.

As each Certificate of Analysis is completed, it’s published in our COA Library. Match the batch number printed on your vial label to the batch number on the certificate, then download the PDF.

For laboratory storage, keep lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides sealed in a freezer at about −20°C, protected from light and moisture. Let vials reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation.
