Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders ship the same or next business day after payment clears. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. All orders ship from Austin, Texas.
Carriers and rates
- Free Shipping (USPS Ground): free on orders of $199 or more. 3–6 business days, not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $8.95. 2–5 business days.
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): $14.99. 2–3 business days.
- Express Shipping (2-Day): $49.99. 2 business days.
Transit times are carrier estimates and begin once your order ships.
Lost, damaged or stolen packages
If a package is lost in transit (no carrier movement for a reasonable period, or the carrier declares it lost), we will reship once at no charge after a brief carrier investigation. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 3 business days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your label is created. Carrier status can lag until the first scan.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. Changes are only possible before the order ships.
U.S. shipping only
We ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally or to forwarding services or reshippers; such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
