Shipping Policy

Effective Date: September 18, 2026

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Orders paid by Zelle, Venmo or ACH are processed the next business day after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $150.00 USD. For orders under $150.00, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically as soon as your package leaves our facility. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of payment, contact us.

Packaging

All orders ship from the United States in discreet, secure packaging with no product names on the exterior. Lyophilized products are packed to protect them from heat, light and moisture in transit.

Transit Times & Delays

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Zen Well Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order has shipped. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

International Shipping

Where international shipping options are shown at checkout, the recipient is responsible for making sure all products comply with local laws, import rules and duties in the destination country.
