Unopened, sealed packages may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, subject to verification of the returned product.

Opened Products

To protect product integrity, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned or resold.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

How to Start a Return

Email support@zenwelllabs.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will send return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can change or cancel an order only before it has been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
